Mainline's engineering experts will provide testing and transition services to ensure that your staff is confident and capable of managing the solution, as well as post-installation on-call service to answer questions and resolve issues that may come up.
A Mainline master services agreement and statement of work will preclude the project's kickoff, and a summary report and deployment configuration document will be delivered to the client at the conclusion of the engagement. Travel and expenses for the on-site expert will be billed separately at cost.
