Nothing better illustrates Mainline's technical and industry-specific expertise than our customers.
Since the customer is at the heart of everything we do, it is important that we hear their feedback. Each month, we send online customer surveys to businesses that have made a medium to large-size purchase during the previous month, asking them to tell us about their experience with Mainline. This in-depth survey covers the sales process, purchasing process, accounting processes and any maintenance and support services they may have utilized. To date, we have achieved a 98% customer satisfaction rating and are always working hard to increase quality and speed of service for our customers.
