Mainline Information Systems Completes Acquisition of CompServ

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Today, Mainline Information System, an IBM Premier Business Partner, completed their acquisition of CompServ, a systems integrator based in Tampa, Florida.

Both companies focus on delivering infrastructure solutions, such as business continuance, virtualization, security and IT optimization. As one of IBM's largest partners, this acquisition will enable Mainline to provide even more technical services to its extensive customer base.

Both companies are privately held and will have a combined revenue of more than $800 million in 2008.
